• Dr. Lu is a registered Psychological Associate with a unique blend of experience in both business and clinical psychology. She holds a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Peking University and a Ph.D. in Social and Personality Psychology from UC Berkeley. After spending over a decade in business strategy with McKinsey and Alibaba Cloud, Dr. Lu transitioned back to psychology and is working toward her clinical psychologist license. 
• In her practice, she focuses on providing evidence-based, client-centered, culturally sensitive care for individuals, building resilience and developing coping skills.  
• Dr. Lu also draws on her expertise in organizational psychology and leadership development to offer customized training and workshops to enhance employee well-being, improve work efficiency, and drive organizational success.
